Eat fruits and vegetables as they will be sure to help. Fruits and vegetables are filled with a lot of nutrients. Another thing you can do is try not to drink alcohol or drink in moderation. The risk of getting cancer can increase based on how much you drink and how often you drink it. The final thing you can do to help prevent cancer in this section is to avoid meat that is processed. Processed meat can also cause cancer.
Do exercises daily and be active. At least some time of physical activity won't hurt. In fact it will actually help because it can decrease your risk of cancer. The addition of exercise to your routine will help reduce stress, control weight, and most of all, prevent cancer.
