You know we as humans have a lot of cells in our bodies. You know they help keep us alive. Well, cells are actually the overall building block of life, not just in humans. You might be wondering how other organisms have cells. Like I said before, cells are the building blocks of life so plants are also made up of cells. Humans have animal cells because humans are technically animals while plants have plant cells. There are some major differences between the two and that is what i'll be explaining in this article.
Animal cells are usually circle shaped and they have no cell wall. Plant cells actually have more features than animal cells that are unique but animal cells still have a few.
Plant cells have a cell wall and they also have other things like chloroplasts that help them make food and energy from the sun. Animals don't have this so this definitely explains why we need to give plants lots of sunlight, not a hamburger.
